 Retreat Schedule (ish)

We’ve always said, especially in the mountains, that  ‘we make plans, God laughs’ – so the schedule is completely optional and open for reinvention, it’s YOUR weekend, so you decide what works best for you.

Friday afternoon/evening
3 p.m. – Check In

5 p.m. – All Levels Yoga, Marmot Lodge

6 p.m. – Wine and Cheese Reception

6 – 7 p.m. – Dinner

7:30 p.m. – Fireside Chat, Wellness conversation, Campfire

Saturday

8 a.m. – All Levels Yoga, Marmot Lodge
9 a.m. – Breakfast
10:00 a.m – Mindfulness Hike
12 p.m. – Lunch/Rest
3:15 – 4:15 p.m. – All Levels Yoga

6 – 7 p.m. – Dinner

7:30 p.m. Special evening program

Sunday
8 a.m. – All Levels Yoga, Marmot Lodge
9 a.m. – Breakfast
10 a.m. – Mindfulness Hike, reflections, farewells

(Check out by 11am, but you’re welcome to stay for lunch)
